The Ministry specifically addressed rumours claiming that an E-7 visa holder had brought 10 family members to Korea, confirming that the reported case was not true. What are the actual rules? - E-7 visa holders may invite their legally married spouse and minor children under the F-3 Dependent Visa, subject to requirements. - Parents and siblings are not eligible under this route. - E-9 workers cannot sponsor family members through the F-3 route. - Income requirements apply.
